Welcome to MB Partners website. We advise on domestic and international sales, valuations and buyouts of Hungarian companies, with annual net profit of at least HUF 100 million (EUR 400,000)
Since I founded Magánbankár, in late 2002, we have closed two dozen transactions advising owners and managers of medium size Hungarian companies. Our biggest deal, to date was the sale of the leading CEE heavy enginnering company AGJ, to the Finnish Steel giant, Ruukki, closed in May 2007. In 2006, our largest deal was the disposal of leading HVCA contractor Szigma-Coop Kft., to the French ETDE S.A., subsidiary of Bouygoues, the top European construction group.
