Contrary to accounting and brokerage firms who offer corporate finance advisory, at Magánbankár all we focus is sell-side M&A, MBO-advisory and valuation. We concentrate exclusively on originating and implementing M&A and buyout transactions, and supplementary services (such as pre-sale grooming or leveraged recaps). We leave the field of due diligences, debt-, strategic-, real estate advisory and venture capital raising to our “riffle-in-hand” competitors.

 

 

Our goal is to create the largest possible added value to our clients and – through them – to ourselves. Therefore 90-95% of our compensation is dependent on successful completion of the transactions we accept to undertake. We offer a unique satisfaction guarantee for all our mandates, therefore we accept only those deals, where success is likely and we ask for results-related compensation.

 

 

Magánbankár is controlled by its partners. In contrast with the employees of multinational and financial instutions-founded firms, our focus is not on the next promotion or bonus, but long term equity accumulation. Our livelihood and success is dependent on maintaining and building the reputation of our company.
