István Préda - Managing Partner

István Préda founded Magánbankár in 2002. Earlier, he was Director of Corporate Finance for ABN AMRO in Hungary.

Between 1995 and 1997, István worked as project manager at the EBRD. Between 1991 and 1994, he started his career as auditor with KPMG in London.

István graduated from the College for Finance and Accounting, Budapest in 1989. In 1987 and 1990 he studied one year each in Greece and The Netherlands, respectively in 1994, he qualified as a  Chartered Accountant (ACA) in England and in 1997 he earned his financial analyst (CFA) charter firm the CFA Institute, Charlottesville, Virginia.
