2006
- 3 large deals closed with a total transaction value of EUR 35 million.
- Magánbankár becomes the exclusive Hungarian member of IMAP.
- The monthly EV-Letter becomes the leading M&A and valuation periodical in
Hungary, published in 3000 copies.
2007
- EV-Letter is published monthly, on 12 pages in 14500 copies.
- Largest ever deal closed in May 2007.
- A record number of companies are represented on the sell-side.
2008
- February- The M&A CEE Letter is launched.
- April- M&A Conference in Budapest organised by MB Partners and BNP Paribas Private Banking
- MB Partners becames a joint stock company
- June- The 14th collague joins MB Partners.
